Jeremiah Chapman has always been conscious of his environmental decisions. While studying chemical engineering at the University of Louisville, he spent his time finding solutions for brands to increase sustainability efforts. One of those efforts was turning old frying oil from on-campus restaurants into biodiesel that fueled the campus
