Atlanta-based InsurTech startup Layr is growing its cap table with the announcement that the team closed a $10 million round of financing. The round was led by San Francisco-based Cota Capital, with The K Fund and existing investors HCSM Ventures, Sandbox Industries, and Flyover Capital also participated in
